What is Sneaker Candy?
Sneaker Candy is a sock company obsessed with comfort, style, and sneaker culture. We design socks that look as good as your kicks — and feel even better.
Where are you based?
We’re proudly based in the United States and currently only ship within the US.
How should I wash my socks?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing — your socks deserve better.
Are your socks one-size-fits-all?
Yes! Our socks are designed to fit men shoe sizes 6 - 12.
Ordering & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Once an order is placed, they are generally processed within the same business day.
Shipping times vary by location; expedited shipping can be selected at the checkout page. The whole transaction takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.
*Please note; the dates reflected on the checkout screen are estimations. Due to circumstances outside of our control, orders may take longer to process/ship.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@sneakercandy.com ASAP. We’ll do our best to help!
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard: $6.90 or free on orders over $50
- Expedited: $12.99
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time — but we’re working on it!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Socks must be unworn and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@sneakercandy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different style, we’ll help you swap it out. Email us at support@sneakercandy.com.
Issues
Why was my order returned?
No worries! We will be happy to work through this issue to make sure you get your package!

If your order has been marked as "return to sender", this often means that there was an incorrect address.
*Please note that additional shipping costs may apply depending on the reason the package was marked "return to sender".
My package says "delivered", but I never received it. What should I do?
For tracking the date or location of the delivery, please check the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
If you still did not receive your package after 24 hours, then email us at support@sneakercandy.com with your order number in the subject line.
My package is missing an item or I received the wrong item.
We make sure to carefully pack each order that comes in, however mistakes do happen.
In the case that we do mess up, please email us at support@sneakercandy.com with your order number in the subject line.
My tracking status was never marked as delivered.
Shipment times vary depending on your location, please allow 5-7 days for domestic shipping.
If it's past 7 days and your package seems to be stuck in transit, please email us at support@sneakercandy.com for assistance with your order number in the subject line.
